Hilary Duff took to Twitter to let her fans know that she has started her vocal lessons again, which makes us think she plans to release an album next year! Hilary said that the lessons are just for fun right now, but who knows what the future might bring!
Hilary is due to have her baby next Spring, so only time will tell if she plans on getting back into the music industry. What do you think?
